Because Nessí pieces are one-of-one, handmade, reconstructed garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.

Each item is individually crafted and may include intentional distressing, variations, marks, reconstruction details, or imperfections that are part of the design. Please review all product photos, sizing, descriptions, and details carefully before purchasing.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 650-833-9350 so we can review the issue.
